Then see if the program will now load normally.

Then double click on the shortcut icon of the program to open it.

In the 'Privilege level' at the bottom part, click to put a check the option 'Run as administrator'.

(If this mode won't work, please redo the process and choose other modes listed, like older versions of Windows)

Then in the selection box below it, click and select 'Windows XP Service Pack 3'.

In the Compatibility tab, check the option 'Run this program in compatibility mode for'.

The Properties dialog window then appears.

When located, right-click on the installer file then click Properties.

Locate the shortcut icon of the installation program of the game software in your Desktop screen if there is or in the location where you downloaded it.

Please run the installation in Compatibility Mode.
